چکیده
The development of precise medicine for Parkinson's disease is one the urgencies neurologists, however, there still shortage effective methods. In article 2100082, Han Zhang and co-works utilize a novel two-dimensional Graphdiyne-based delivery platform treatment. These biocompatible nanosheets exhibit excellent photothermal conversion ability superb BBB permeability upon NIR irradiation with recovery neurons in midbrain.

For several decades, cancer has been one of the most life-threatening diseases. For enhancing anticancer efficiency with minimum side effects, combination therapy is envisioned. The current manuscript reports for the first time the development of a methylene blue (MB) bound nanoplatform, which is capable of delivering targeted diagnostic and combined synergistic photothermal and photodynamic tr...
متن کاملMn2+-coordinated PDA@DOX/PLGA nanoparticles as a smart theranostic agent for synergistic chemo-photothermal tumor therapy
Nanoparticle drug delivery carriers, which can implement high performances of multi-functions, are of great interest, especially for improving cancer therapy. Herein, we reported a new approach to construct Mn2+-coordinated doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles as a platform for synergistic chemo-photothermal tumor therapy. DOX-loaded PLGA (DOX/PLGA) nanopa...
